This policy explains how Agent Akshay handles information when you communicate with it through WhatsApp or its connected private agent services.
Information processed
The service may process your WhatsApp phone number, messages, voice notes, and files that you choose to send. It may also create technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used
Information is used only to respond to requests, carry out requested tasks, retain user-approved memories or documents, provide reminders, and maintain the reliability and security of Agent Akshay. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers needed to deliver the service, including Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Cloud and configured AI model providers. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage and retention
Agent data is primarily stored in a private Google Cloud virtual machine controlled by the service owner. Messages, documents, memories, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the requested service, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask what information is retained, request correction, or request deletion of your Agent Akshay data. Some minimal records may be retained when required for security or legal compliance.

Email hello@akshayjohny.com with the subject “Agent Akshay privacy request”. Include the WhatsApp number concerned and the action requested. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment information.
